We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order and a refund is requested and approved, the following refund process and timeline will apply.
At COLOR PLACE, we are committed to providing each customer with a professional and satisfying experience. Please note that refunds will not be issued solely due to dissatisfaction with the service.
If you are not satisfied with your service, it is essential that you notify the on-site consultant immediately. If you leave the store without reporting any concerns, it will be considered that the service was completed to your satisfaction, and no refunds will be granted.
If you are unhappy with the consultation, please inform us on-site so that the senior manager can review the situation. If it is determined—based on statements from both the consultant and the customer—that the dissatisfaction was due to an issue on COLOR PLACE’s part, and the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the following guidelines.

All beauty services provided by COLOR PLACE are personal, custom, and time-based.

Once a service has been performed, it is considered fully delivered and strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or level of satisfaction.

Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes through payment providers (including credit card companies, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) will not be accepted once the service has been received.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited will vary based on the original payment method used.

Alternative Refund Methods
In certain cases, we may be unable to process the refund to the original payment method due to technical or policy-related limitations. In such instances, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, which may take up to 30 business days to complete.
