Terms of service
Purpose
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between COLOR PLACE (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and customers in connection with the use of the online services operated by the Company.
Definitions

“Service” refers to all beauty services and related products provided by the Company both online and offline.

“Customer” refers to any individual or entity who places an order through the Company’s online platform.

“Order” refers to the purchase request made by the Customer for services or products offered by the Company.
Orders and Payment

By placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase a service or product. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject such orders at its sole discretion.

Once the Customer’s order is confirmed, the Customer shall make payment in accordance with the methods available on the platform.

Important: Once a beauty service has been rendered, the order is considered fully delivered and cannot be canceled, refunded, or disputed under any circumstances.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before submitting payment.

All orders are subject to the Company’s No Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Provision of Services

The Company shall provide services as described on the website at the time of order.

Services may include, but are not limited to, beauty treatments, consultations, and related activities performed in-store or at other designated locations.

The Company may, at its discretion, refuse to provide services to Customers who violate these Terms or engage in abusive conduct.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

All beauty services provided by the Company are custom, personal, and time-based. Once a service has been performed, it is considered fully delivered and is strictly non-refundable.

Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes through payment providers (including credit card companies, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) will not be accepted once the service has been provided, regardless of the outcome or level of satisfaction.

By completing payment, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.

In the event that a product (not a service) is defective, the Customer may request an exchange or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Appointments may be rescheduled prior to the service date, subject to availability and the Company’s booking policy. However, failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the service fee.
Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information when making a booking or purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their own suitability for the selected beauty service. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse results caused by misinformation, undeclared health conditions, or personal dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes.

Customers agree to abide by the Company’s policies and to treat staff with courtesy and respect.
Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of services unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Company is not responsible for outcomes that depend on individual skin type, physical condition, or personal perception of satisfaction.

In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by the Company, including designs, logos, images, and text, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the Company’s headquarters.
